9.12.08 - The Moon Under Glass
A lot has changed since our last update! We've officially titled the film THE MOON UNDER GLASS. We've been filming for weeks and it has been a huge sucess! Everything looks and sounds great! We are setting up for a BIG BIG scene on Tuesday the 23rd...and we need TONS of extras - so if you can come out shoot me an email at anthony@ellipsisent.com. 6.29.08 - We Are Currently Casting!
ELLIPSIS ENTERTAINMENT announces open, non-union principal adult casting for its upcoming short film, PARADISIAC (working title). Jeremy Collins directs this FX-heavy, multi-layered drama, shooting on location in New Hampshire in August and September, 2008. There are many roles available, open to men and women of all races aged 18 – 80, including the film's three leads: "Hal" (mid-20's male, any race, handsome in a "bring him home to mother" sort of way), "Dali" (early-mid-20's female, any race, pretty in a "bring her home to mother" sort of way), and "Jonas" (40's-60's male, any race, with a look of tired wisdom). Casting for kids and teens is forthcoming and will be posted on our website at a later date.
Audition appointments available on Tuesday, July 8th from 6:30 to 9pm, and on Saturday, July 12th from 9am to noon at the Acting Loft Academy of Performing Arts, 516 Pine Street, Manchester, NH 03104. Appointments STRONGLY recommended - walk-ins seen on an "as available" basis only. Prepared monologues, headshot/resume, etc. are extremely welcome, though not required.
