Mock trials and Mock Trial Video Production are beneficial tools to use prior to the actual trial. You can see how your witness holds up to questioning, see how the jury responds to your specific arguments, and more. You would present your case (generally both a prosecution and defense) to a group of objective pre-screened audience, then separate from the mock jury and let them deliberate.

Our camera configurations allow you to watch the jury live from a separate room, as well as have it recorded for future viewings & research. We record the video to a digital file and/or straight to DVD (which we leave with you instantly).
